IPEXIS® is a Czech team building IPEXIS Advisor — an AI assistant for e-shops and companies that works with their own product data, documentation and knowledge.
It grew from a simple observation: businesses often lose customers over questions they already have the answer to — in a product description, datasheet, technical documentation, safety data sheet or internal guideline. The information exists; it's just not easy to reach at the right moment.
IPEXIS Advisor works with these materials and helps customers find the right product, understand its properties, check compatibility or get an answer to a specific question. It works especially well for technical ranges such as tools, building materials, chemical products or spare parts, but it's designed for e-shops across industries and for service providers too.
Alongside product advice we also offer the Knowledge Agent — a mode focused purely on searching and answering from company materials. It can serve customers as well as employees internally as fast access to company know-how, documentation and procedures.
For now we focus primarily on the Czech and Slovak market. IPEXIS Advisor communicates in Czech, Slovak and other languages, and comes with Czech-language support. We build it as a specialized AI tool that draws on a specific company's real data and knowledge — and can put it to use wherever customers or employees need it.
